High Interval Intensity Training - get your heart pumping in this fun, timed interval workout!
Combining the best of TRX & Kettlebell and adding in Barre movements to further enhance the lengthening and leaning of muscles. One hour class.

High energy class using Kettlebells & TRX to increase strength, while incorporating high cardio intervals. All fitness levels welcome!

Takes the best of both TRX & Kettlebells and Combine them into a Fun Cardio, Weight Training and Muscle Strengthening 45 minute class.  A client favorite!

Power Flow. A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In a power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.
