Combining the best of Kettlebells and power yoga, this class will create power with the Kettlebells, while creating balance and strength with yoga. We will flow seamlessly from the Kettlebells into yoga poses and even incorporate Kettlebells into some of the yoga poses to challenge you from beginning to the end of class. 
Robyn teaches this fun-filled cardio class that will include, Kettlebells, TRX, Barre, and Dance moves!!  You will not be disappointed in this fast pace cardio class!

Power Flow. A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In a power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.
