Bells & Power Yoga
Combining the best of Kettlebells and power yoga, this class will create power with the Kettlebells, while creating balance and strength with yoga. We will flow seamlessly from the Kettlebells into yoga poses and even incorporate Kettlebells into some of the yoga poses to challenge you from beginning to the end of class.
Power Flow. A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In a power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.
Kettlebells & TRX
Takes the best of both TRX & Kettlebells and Combine them into a Fun Cardio, Weight Training and Muscle Strengthening 45 minute class. A client favorite!
