Katie Wilder-Thomas

Like many fitness professionals, Katie found her passion for fitness through the world of athletics. While playing college basketball at Humboldt State University (HSU), she participated in a strength and conditioning program that elevated her game to new heights. She received her BS and MS degree's from HSU and has worked in fitness for 8 years. Katie has worked in many areas of the fitness industry, including: collegiate athletics, corporate wellness, and personal training. Through all of her experiences, the one training modality she can't live without is the kettlebell. No matter the clients current knowledge, skills, or ability, the kettlebell is the one tool that can be used to achieve any training goal. Katie is certified through the NSCA(CSCS), ACSM, (CEP), USAW, and is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach (Pn1). She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and supporting her husband, Bobby, at Fresno State Football games.

Sarah Strebel

Sarah Strebel has been improving her health and physique at FitnessSocial for the past two years and has decided to turn her passion into an opportunity to help others achieve their goals. By day Sarah works in sales and marketing at the local leader in event rentals, Expo Party Rentals. Growing up Sarah was very athletic participating throughout high school and college in swimming and water polo. She is used to high cardiovascular activity which is what initially drew her to the kettlebells. She started her fitness journey simply to find balance, clarity and renew vitality in her life. Through following Dina Juve's nutrition and training on a daily basis she found just what she needed to achieve her goals.

She has two years of training by HKC and StrongFirst certified instructor Aaron Hunter. She recently achieved her Kettlebell certification and has been trained to work with TRX as well. She strongly believes that “being fit” isn’t about a number on the scale; it’s about how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. She knows that your body is unique and desires to help you find the best version of you- vitality is the goal. Sarah believes that her purpose is to give her compassion, knowledge, and creativity to motivate, inspire, and empower those she meets and trains. Sarah has made a conscience decision in her own life to be fit and active and wants to share her results, training, and knowledge with others. She believes that you need to love yourself enough to invest in your health now and she can’t wait to sweat, tone, and build endurance with you in an invigorating, stimulating, and fun environment. She is looking forward to seeing you in her classes where you can look forward to laughing, being social, and having fun!
